        Dover Fault         Interpretation Center

The Dover Fault interpretation Center was opened July 31, 1999. The Interpretation Center is operated on government grants to hire students either going to post secondary or level I, II, III  education.

Located within the Interpretation Center there are a number of things to see, there is a gift shop with an abundance of items for sale with reference to the postcards, t-shirts etc of our beautiful town & history of Dover. There are murals and pictures on the walls of the Interpretation Center. These murals represent the history of Dover, with regards to the resettlement, the fishery, the ice age and the fault. As well there are artifacts of the items used in Dover in the past.

Whenever visiting the Interpretation Center our students are available as tour guides for the Dover Fault Lookout site. The cost of the tours are as follows:

                                                                            Adult          $2.00

                                                                            Student      $1.00

                                                                            Senior        $1.00

Tours inside the Interpretation Center are free.

We have public washrooms for your convenience. We look forward to seeing you in the future.
